Arby was born around March 2019. He is sweet but he is also a bit shy at first. He's a little unsure of things after being dumped behind an Arby's restaurant. Being around other cats helps him to feel more confident so he would enjoy another cat to hang with. Arby is sweet and soft and likes to be petted, even if he won't admit it :)
