Billy is a chatty orange boy who would love to join you on your next big adventure. He is playful and excited to follow alongside his human no matter what the job (including cleaning his litter box!). Billy also loves to carry on a conversation with his person, responding with a loud meow when his name is spoken. Once he tires out from playing with his 3 siblings, he will tucker out on his foster mom or dad’s lap.
